How do I plan a wedding at Stonehurst Manor?

Begin making your plans by completing our RFP Form.  Our wedding coordinator will reply to your special requests along with information about availability and pricing estimate.  The next step will be to schedule a site visit and personal meeting.

What is the Manor's deposit and cancellation policy?

A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to confirm your date.  The balance will be due before you checkout after your wedding in North Conway, NH.

Why are the Manor Wedding Packages so affordably priced?

The Manor serves over 50,000 people each year in their dining room.  Weddings are planned in the afternoon so that dinner service is not interrupted which allows us to keep our wedding package prices low.

Where is Stonehurst Manor located?

On 33 private acres are just one mile beyond North Conway Village at 3351 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH.  Travel our ¼ mile drive up to the Manor, where you’ll find stunning views of Mt. Washington and the Moat Mountain Range. Stonehurst Manor is one of the most scenic NH wedding venues.

When are Tent Weddings available?

Afternoons during May through mid-October.  Afternoon weddings are hosted in our dining rooms from mid-October through April.

Save $500 on your tent rental when you plan your tent wedding on a Sunday. Additional per person savings available when your wedding is held any day in May, June, November or April (except holidays) or Sunday through Friday (except holidays) anytime of the year. 

When are Evening Weddings available?

Small evening weddings for up to 28 people are available nightly except Thursdays, Saturdays, and Holidays.

How are hors d’oeuvres served?

These are passed among your guests.

Why are place tags for seating required?

Assigned seating will make your guests much more comfortable.  There is no wondering where they will sit or who they will be with making the transition from your ceremony to dinner much more efficient and relaxed.
