Fulvi Pecorino Romano cheese pudding with oven roasted broccoli, broccoli puree and olive vinaigrette.

Maine Crab Cakes - Blue crabmeat, simply prepared with horseradish aioli, lemon and arugula.

Salad - European Style Salad - European style shredded salad made with Napa cabbage,
carrots, cucumbers, apples, red peppers, onions, fennel and jalapeno. Dressed with whole citrus vinaigrette, shaved Romano grey salt

Pit Smoked Prime Rib - Smoked with oak wood. Served with horseradish sauce.

Salmon on a Cedar Shingle - Salmon baked on a cedar shingle. Served with an herbed aioli glaze and horseradish mousseline sauce.

Lamb with Fresh Rosemary - A fresh domestic lamb shank braised with celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, beef stock and red wine. Served with a sauce made from fresh vegetables and Madeira.

Baked Haddock with Lobster Cream Sauce - Fresh haddock fillet served over garlic spinach and topped with a lobster cream. Garnished with a lobster claw.

Butternut Squash Risotto - With taleggio cheese, caramelized brussel sprouts and gremolata.

Veal Oscar - Scallops of veal sautéed in butter, topped with crab meat and broccolini. Crowned with hollandaise.

Wood Fired Stone Oven Pizza - Margherita or Chicken and Rapini.

Roasted Pork Loin - Slow roasted pork loin stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes and roasted garlic. Served with a red pepper port wine sauce, and accompanied by a red onion chutney.
