POLICIES:
Confirmed
reservations must be made by speaking w/ one of our reservation
specialsts. Only requests accompanied with a phone # will
be answered.
A
50% deposit is required to confirm your reservations. We
request that personal checks or money orders be sent for
deposits on reservations made more than 14 days prior to
arrival. Under 14 days, we will process your deposit with
MasterCard or Visa. Balance is due on arrival in cash or
credit card. For deposit refunds, notice of cancellation
must be received 14 days prior to arrival day. A $25 processing
fee will be charged on all cancellations.
CHECK
OUT TIME
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Rooms for arriving guest are not guaranteed
until 3:00p.m.
