The Stonehurst Manor is participating in the fourth annual New Hampshire Restaurant Week held from Friday, March 20th through Friday, March 27th. Chef Avi will be offering a special 3-course prix fixe dinner menu for $35* per person. Come join us for dinner.

First Course
Soup of the Day, Wood Oven Baked Four Onion Soup
Caesar Salad, Blue Cheese Iceberg Wedge, Italian Panzanella Salad

The Stonehurst is proud to provide provide Artisan breads baked daily in our own wood-fired ovens and served with pure un-filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Most Entrées include: Seasonal Vegetable and choice of Today’s Rice, Creamy Polenta or Mashed Potatoes.

Lamb with Fresh Rosemary…This is the best lamb you’ll ever taste!
A fresh domestic lamb shank braised with celery, onions, carrots, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, beef stock and red wine. Served with a Madiera Wine reduction and Crispy Leeks.

Chocolate Crusted Sirloin
Aged New York Sirloin, Chocolate-crusted and grilled to your desire.
Served sliced with Bourbon-Maple Butter & crispy Fried Leeks

Herb Roasted New England Cod
Fresh Native Cod, roasted with Herbs, and served over a bed of tomatoes, wilted spinach and Lobster Buerre Blanc

Seafood Cioppino
Cod, Shrimp, Scallops, Mussels & Lobster sautéed with Garlic & Onion,
in Tomato-Fennel Broth
Served with Crispy Risotto Cake and Roasted Garlic Croutons.

Crispy Half Roast Duckling
Slow cooked Confit style for tenderness, then Roasted to order. Glaze changes Daily.

Marsala Florentine Chicken or Veal
Seasoned and floured chicken or veal, sautéed with Shiitake and Porcini, Garlic, Marsala, finished with Butter & baby Spinach over Manor-Made Spinach Fettuccine.

Braised Boneless Short Ribs with Pappardelle
Manor-made Black Pepper Pappardelle Pasta bathed in roasted Shallots,
Roasted Garlic and cream.

Don’t miss Chef Avi’s presentation at the Northern New England Home, Garden, Flower Show to be held at the Fryeburg fair grounds on Sunday, May 17th from 1:30 – 2:15 pm.
