The snow season is here! The Stonehurst Manor is a beautiful and romantic 25 bed mansion located in the North Conway region of The Mount Washington Valley. In addition to our Main House and Mountain View wing, we also offer 3 or 4 bedroom condominium lodging accommodations and a large Library Lounge with a big field-stone fireplace and carved oak paneling. The Manor has served as an acclaimed lodging establishment since 1946. The Manor is fully decorated and waiting to check you in to our comfortable and beautiful rooms. Our own award winning chef, James Davis, has whipped up a delectable menu for our annual New Year’s Day feast which will be served at two seatings: 6:00pm and 9:00pm. Included on the menu are scrumptious appetizers such as Shrimp Cocktail, Wood Oven Roasted Oysters, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, Mushroom Cannelloni or Crab Bisque. The main entree includes your choice of Rack of Lamb, Veal with Crab Meat and Asparagus, Prime Rib Aged and Pit Smoked, Broiled Scallops with a Shrimp Creole, Vegetable Napoleon, Beef Wellington, Muscovy Duck Breast, or Baked Haddock with Lobster Stuffing. All served with a fresh dessert of your choice from Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake, Port Poached Pears stuffed with Mascarpone, Chocolate Mousse with Godiva Liquor and Raspberries, or Flourless Chocolate Cake with Caramel Ice Cream.
