Popularized during the prohibition era when gin was readily available, as it did not require aging.
We’ll make it with your choice of gin or vodka and dry vermouth.
Add a dash of Orange Bitters if you’d like to try the original recipe.

Manhattans – starting at $9.75
Originated in the 1870s. Made with your choice of Whiskey or Bourbon,
sweet vermouth and a dash of Angostura Bitters.

Pimm’s Cup – $8.50
A refreshing summertime cocktail. Developed in England in the 1800’s.
Pimm’s Liquer, fresh squeezed lemon and Sprite.

Asian Pear Mojito – $8.50
A twist on a classic. Fresh mint, lime, Bacardi Limon Rum,
DeKuyper Pucker Sour Apple, pineapple juice and soda water.

Electric Cucumber Colada – $9.00
Fresh cucumber, ginger, Bacardi Limon Rum,
lemon-lime soda and garnished with sechuan buttons.
