Minor adjustments were made for modern ingredients and palates, but most are presented for your enjoyment as they would have originally been created.

Sazerac Rye Whiskey, simple syrup, Peychaud's Bitters, Pernod mist

1850's French Quarter, New Orleans' answer to the Manhattan.
Peychaud's Bitters are still made by Sazerac Co. as they were in 1793
as the first commercial bitters in the U.S.
