You’re Invited to Chef Avi’s Table

Join us for this unique culinary experience offered on the following Wednesday nights in April 23 and 30.

Make your reservation using our Daffodil Spring Lodging Special for one of the Chef’s Table dates at rates from $68* – $98* per person per night and your stay will include an invitation to join us at The Chef’s Table for dinner, a specially prepared 4-course menu, and full table-served breakfast in the morning. It’s like your lodging is FREE!

An invitation to The Chef’s Table is a complimentary dining upgrade available only to Manor guests which will include a unique 4-course menu and an opportunity to spend the evening with Chef Avi. He will prepare your meal and discuss each course at presentation. Ask him about his recipes and techniques and he may even share some of his culinary tips.

Meet and mingle with other Manor guests at the Manager’s Cocktail party with service of complimentary hors d’oeuvres beginning at 5:00 pm by the fireplace in the Library Lounge. Michael is sure to have a special cocktail on hand for you to try and maybe he’ll even pass out the recipe. Then take your seat for a unique culinary experience. If you are not a Manor guest, you may join us for a prix fixe dinner at 6:00 pm based on availability. Call 603-356-3113 for reservations.

Your 4-course dinner will be a unique menu to include soup or appetizer, salad, entrée, and dessert.
Here is a sample menu from a previous Chef’s Table dinner which featured Manor-made pasta for each course.

Appetizer:
Aged Parmesan Ravioli, lightly fried and served over Rapini Cream and topped with Prosciutto-wrapped Shrimp, then drizzled with Balsamic Reduction
Salad:
Roasted Garlic and Grilled Vegetable Cous Cous topped with Baby Arugula and Caramelized Onion tossed with an Orange Vinaigrette
Entrée:
Red Wine-Black Pepper Pappardelle, Beef Tenderloin and Lobster in Roasted Garlic Cream topped with Asparagus Tips and Frizzled Parsnips
Dessert:
Dark Chocolate Fettuccine over warm Chambord Ganache served with Sea Salt Caramel Gelato, Fresh Raspberries and shaved White Chocolate “Parmesan”
