 APPETIZERS: Each table will have an hors d'oeuvre platter with shrimp cocktail, scallops wrapped in bacon, chicken satay with figs and roasted tomatoes and veal and shrimp meatballs SALAD: Caesar Salad ENTREES:
THE ULTIMATE! Smoked and roasted with oak wood. Served with horseradish sauce. Vegetable Lasagna Vegetable lasagna with a savory filling of ricotta cheese. Topped with a basil cream. Baked Haddock with Lobster Stuffing Lobster stuffed haddock with a sundried tomato and garlic cream sauce. Seafood Newburg A plethora of seafood in a sherried lobster cream served over a delicate pastry. Veal with Crabmeat and Asparagus (Oscar) Scallops of veal sauteed in butter, topped with crabmeat and asparagus. Crowned with hollandaise Marsala Style Chicken Seasoned and floured chicken escalope sauteed with mushrooms, garlic, Marsala wine finished with whole butter. Served over homemade fettuccine. Lamb with Fresh Rosemary A fresh domestic lamb shank braised with celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms, bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, beef stock and red wine. Served with a sauce made from fresh vegetables and Madeira wine. DESSERT: Godive chocolate mousse served with Grand Marnier strawberries |
